Laura’s second romantic comedy, AMY PERRY’S ASSUMPTIONS, was published by Bonnier Embla on 10 January 2023. Her debut, RACHEL RYAN’S RESOLUTIONS, was published by Bonnier Embla on 16 September 2021 as part of the imprint’s launch and spent four weeks in the Kindle Top 100, reaching #17.
Laura Starkey studied English & Related Literature at the University of York, then spent several years as a secondary school teacher before going on to work as a digital copywriter, editor and content designer. Laura is a graduate of the Faber Academy.
